Professional Indemnity
Professional Indemnity insurance, sometimes called errors and omissions insurance (E&O insurance) responds to claims for breach of professional duty or negligence resulting in financial loss. The insurance covers both the cost of claims for compensation that you are legally liable to pay and also the cost of defending a claim.
Public Liability
As a Real Estate Agent you are showing properties to potential buyers, holding open homes and attending networking events. This is why Public Liability is essential to your business and it provides cover for property damage that you may be legally liable to pay a third party.
Statutory Liability
Protection for penalties, fines and legal defence costs associated with an alleged unintentional breach or contravention of most Acts, including Real Estate Agents Act 2008, Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees Act.
Employers Liability
Protection for settlements or damages payable in respect of claims for personal injury to employees suffered in the course of their employment that are not covered by ACC.
